Order shipping time is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, cutting, quality, inspection and packing. All orders are typically sent to our manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours of order placement and payment received.

Transit Time: This refers to the time it takes for an item to travel from our warehouse to its destination.

US and Canada

Australia and New Zealand

Standard secure shipping and insurance takes 7-15 business days (if your item is in stock)

UK and Europe

Standard secure shipping and insurance takes 7-15 business days (if your item is in stock)

Other countries

Standard secure shipping and insurance takes 7-15 business days (if your item is in stock)

Insured Shipping: If an item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item free of charge, provided sufficient proof is provided.

Priority Insured Shipping: Your deliveries are placed at the top of the order list we send to manufacturers every day. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, estimated times may be similar/equal to standard shipping times. Your items are also insured.

Tracking numbers usually take a few days to a week to update and display correct tracking information. Please use a third-party website such as https://17track.net to track your order.
