Product return policy
Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email first.
Helpful Hints:
1. For your convenience, we recommend that you return the package using the flat rate USPS rate with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue a credit limit without confirmation of acceptance. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which must be paid in advance.
2. The returned item must be in gift and product packaging, unused, unwashed, uncut, unaltered. Defective products must be reported by e-mail within 14 days of receipt. If it is not submitted, we will not provide the loan. If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. 3. The customer will be charged a maximum of one delivery fee (including returns). Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returning products. If the return is due to buyer's problem. We do not provide return labels. Orders rejected or returned by the customer due to a "Do Not Ship" address are subject to a restocking fee. After delivery, unauthorized rejection is no longer allowed and the costs of unauthorized rejection/refund will be borne by the buyer.

1. If the return is caused by our problem (eg: wrongly shipped product, product quality problem), we will give you a full refund.
2. If the return is due to a buyer's problem (for example: I don't like/don't want it, I ordered the wrong item/size), we will deduct $20 as shipping and handling loss from the return, and you must contact us within one month of arrival for a refund.
3. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you when your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within the specified number of days and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.
4. If you have any questions about your order/product/payment, please feel free to contact us. If you return an item without contacting us or without a reason to object, we will not issue a refund or make a claim under our policy.
Yield:
You can cancel the order/item by sending an email to our customer service ([email protected]) within 2 hours. After more than 2 hours we can't say if it worked.
If you want to change your order before it ships, you will be charged $5. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change/cancel it.
If you wish to exchange the same product after your order has been shipped, please email [email protected] for refund information.
Subject to the right of return:
